Peer Review Process

JURNAL SCIENTIA adopts a blind study of the system which the editors closely observe. The editors conduct an editorial review to determine the content and the form for submission before sending it to the approval process. The approval process will accept no manuscripts that do not meet realistic criteria. Writers have to pay attention to the authors' directions and determine what type they will write if it is not a Summary article. Sometimes, when these requirements perform poorly, editors may check readability, grammatical use, and order re-submission. Editors are asking referees to comment on the validity of the evidence and the potential effect that the paper will have on broad scientometric readership. If they receive the article, the editors will be in communication with the referees, with regular reminders of their due date. When all the reviews are in-house, the author of the manuscript will most likely conclude within one or two days. The publisher then calls for recommendations from the relevant author. Reviewers spend substantial time thinking they are making significant contributions to the process of analysis. Writers may differ from the statements of the reviewer backed by a rational claim that the reader may investigate and should be returned to the said referee. However, critical comments referring to the opinions of the reviewers will be subject to the cancelation of publication.

Editorial review is also carried out after the referee procedure has been completed before the journal article is ultimately approved or otherwise. Any effort is made to finalize the whole process within three months of the first decision being submitted on average and 45 days to inform their report status.

The entire review process for the papers submitted to JURNAL SCIENTIA is conducted automatically and online. The writers are expected to submit their manuscripts using the online submission method. They can only contact the Editor via e-mail if they are unable to do so.

Submission & Peer Review Process (Key Steps)

• Editorial review is also carried out after the referee procedure has been completed before the journal article is ultimately approved or otherwise.
• The submitted paper is first checked by the Editor(s) to decide if it fits within the journal's broad scope and has sufficient validity. Therefore, Editor(s) pay attention to readability, pronunciation, and use before considering officially starting the review process. If the paper at this stage is dismissed, the author will be immediately told. There would also be technical rejection if the writers in the main manuscript give their names and affiliations; the tables and figures, as stated in the text, are lacking or have not followed the writer's instructions.
• After initial approval by the Editor, the Completed submission is sent to two or three reviewers.
• The reviewer reviews the article and returns it for processing to the Editorial Office.
• The Editor-in-Chief releases reviews to authors after the initial review.
• Requests the authors to respond to reviewers and make the necessary corrections.
  The article is sent in for re-examination.
• Editor-in-Chief may accept, reject, accept minor changes, or send them out for the third review.
• The author must submit the final version if accepted. The performance will be added to the publisher's "In-press" queue.
• The publisher will send the galleys to authors before publication. No edits may be made after approval of the galleys.
