https://seaninstitute.org/infor/index.php/pendidikan/article/view/2898

This research is motivated by the large number of children whose behavior is not in accordance with the religious and moral values that have been taught. This is caused by the lack of instilling religious and moral values in children from an early age. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of parents in instilling religious and moral values in early childhood in the digitalization era. This type of research is a qualitative using a descriptive method, namely the description of the situation experienced. Data collection used in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are that parents and teachers use several methods in instilling religious and moral values in early childhood, namely 1) exemplary methods; 2) habituation method; 3) advice method; 4) storytelling method. Educators and parents have roles in their respective environments. Educators play more of a role in the school environment, while parents play more of a role in the home environment. However, both of them continue to work together so that children can have good religious and moral values in this digitalization era.
Novi Cynthia YusnitaPutri Sari Ulfa Sembiring Afdhalina Afdhalina Abdul Zebar Afridiani Pulungan

https://seaninstitute.org/infor/index.php/pendidikan/article/view/2911

The results of the simple regression analysis between the price variable and the purchase decision (Y) show the t-count value obtained is 3.960. While t table obtained 1,666. Thus, because the value of tcount > from the value of ttable where 3.960>1.666, there is a significant effect of the price variable (X1) on the purchasing decision variable (Y). The value of the correlation coefficient (R) between the price variable (X1) and purchasing decisions (Y) is 0.380, which means the relationship is quite strong. The results of the regression analysis show that the value of 0.145 means that the purchase decision variable (Y) is influenced by the price variable (X1) by 15.5% and the remaining 85.5% is influenced by other X variables that are not included in this research model. The results of multiple linear regression analysis between the variables of price, product quality and service, on purchasing decisions show the Fcount value obtained is 26.616. While Ftable obtained 1,666. Thus, the value of Fcount> from the value of Ftable where 26.616>1.666 it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the price variable (X1), product quality variable (X2), and service variable (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y). The R value obtained is 0.262, meaning that there is a strong relationship between the price variable (X1), product quality variable (X2) and service variable (X3) and the purchasing decision variable (Y). The results of the determinant analysis (R2) obtained a value of 0.529, meaning that the magnitude of the purchase\ng decision (Y) is influenced by the price variable (X1), the product quality variable (X2) and the service variable (X3) of 52.9% and the remaining 47.1% is influenced by another X variable that was not included in this study.
Rikhardus Bria SeranFredirikus Timo

https://seaninstitute.org/infor/index.php/pendidikan/article/view/2952

Androgen receptor (AR) is a ubiquitous receptor responsible for responses by androgen stimulus. Androgen, a hormone which will bind to the AR, is essentials for normal male sexual development. Nevertheless, one of the polymorphisms in the AR gene, G1733A (rs6152) have been associated with numerous clinical risks such as cardiovascular disease (CD), androgenetic alopecia, high prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels, male infertility, recurrent spontaneous abortions and prostate cancer. This study aims to develop an alternative and cost-effective method to detect G1773A (rs6152) polymorphism. In this study, amplification refractory mutation system-polymerase chain reaction (ARMS-PCR) using two pair of primers was used to detect the G1733A (rs6152) polymorphism. Primer design was done using http://primer1.soton.ac.uk/primer1.html online tools and then manually adjusted to increase the specificity. A total of 54 samples were screened using ARMS PCR and 2 representative samples of each allele from previous screening were used to validate the results using Sanger DNA sequencing. Among 54 subjects screened, we found 52 (96.3%) subjects carry G allele and 2 (3.7%) subjects carry A allele. No heterozygote was found in this study. The frequency of G allele was 96.97% and the frequency of A allele was 3.03%. Result validation using DNA sequencing was in agreement with ARMS-PCR method results. ARMS-PCR can be used as efficient alternative for genotyping of G1733A (rs6152) AR gene polymorphism
Triyana SariErick SidartaSari Mariyati Dewi NataprawiraGiovani Evangelista AlfonsiusDamar Sajiwo
