The city of Bogor is located between 106' 48' east longitude and 6' 26' south latitude, Administratively, the city of Bogor consists of 6 districts. With a fairly densely populated city, of course, the level of health is quite low, where Bogor is a city with high rainfall. where there are many types of diseases that appear in the rainy season, for example: Acute Nashoparyngitis, Essential Primary, Acute Respiratory Tract, and others. Therefore, it is necessary to make a map of the distribution of diseases in Bogor City using the Geographic Information System method. The use of a geographic information system (GIS) involves presenting data and information in the form of a map which can be used as an attractive and varied presentation tool according to needs. The main function in using GIS in this modern era is that maps are no longer the end result in an activity because GIS can facilitate the output of the resulting maps. The results obtained in this study are the distribution of the top five types of diseases in Bogor City from January to June 2020, namely Acute nasopharyngitis [common cold], Essential (primary) hypertension, Upper respiratory tract infections, Dyspepsia, and Myalgia, The total number of infected The top 5 diseases are as many as 210,626 people from 6 sub-districts in Bogor City.
2023-08-12T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) https://seaninstitute.org/infor/index.php/pendidikan/article/view/2889 EFFICIENCY MEASUREMENT WITH INDUSTRY-BASED DATA ENVELOPMENT ANALYSIS (DEA): A LITERATURE REVIEW 2025-06-09T15:13:35+07:00 Silvia Rahmadani silvia.rahmadani91@gmail.com Nurmala Ahmar ahmarnurmala@gmail.com JMV Mulyadi jmv.mulyadi@univpancasila.ac.id
This research describes efficiency measurement with Industry-based Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). This is caused by the lack of instilling religious and moral values in children from an early age. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of parents in instilling religious and moral values in early childhood in the digitalization era. This type of research is a qualitative using a descriptive method, namely the description of the situation experienced. Data collection used in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are that parents and teachers use several methods in instilling religious and moral values in early childhood, namely 1) exemplary methods; 2) habituation method; 3) advice method; 4) storytelling method. Educators and parents have roles in their respective environments. Educators play more of a role in the school environment, while parents play more of a role in the home environment. However, both of them continue to work together so that children can have good religious and moral values in this digitalization era.
2023-08-08T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) https://seaninstitute.org/infor/index.php/pendidikan/article/view/2911 THE EFFECT OF PRICE, PRODUCT QUALITY AND SERVICE ON FOOD PURCHASE DECISIONS Case Study at Bongkaran Restaurant, Betun City, Central Malacca District, (Malacca Regency) 2025-06-19T09:19:16+07:00 Rikhardus Bria Seran briariki71@gmail.com Fredirikus Timo feritimo0@gmail.com
The results of the simple regression analysis between the price variable and the purchase decision (Y) show the t-count value obtained is 3.960. While t table obtained 1,666. Thus, because the value of tcount > from the value of ttable where 3.960>1.666, there is a significant effect of the price variable (X1) on the purchasing decision variable (Y). The value of the correlation coefficient (R) between the price variable (X1) and purchasing decisions (Y) is 0.380, which means the relationship is quite strong. The results of the regression analysis show that the value of 0.145 means that the purchase decision variable (Y) is influenced by the price variable (X1) by 15.5% and the remaining 85.5% is influenced by other X variables that are not included in this research model. The results of multiple linear regression analysis between the variables of price, product quality and service, on purchasing decisions show the Fcount value obtained is 26.616. While Ftable obtained 1,666. Thus, the value of Fcount> from the value of Ftable where 26.616>1.666 it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the price variable (X1), product quality variable (X2), and service variable (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y). The R value obtained is 0.262, meaning that there is a strong relationship between the price variable (X1), product quality variable (X2) and service variable (X3) and the purchasing decision variable (Y). The results of the determinant analysis (R2) obtained a value of 0.529, meaning that the magnitude of the purchase\ng decision (Y) is influenced by the price variable (X1), the product quality variable (X2) and the service variable (X3) of 52.9% and the remaining 47.1% is influenced by another X variable that was not included in this study.
2023-07-29T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) https://seaninstitute.org/infor/index.php/pendidikan/article/view/2919 IMPLEMENTATION OF AFTERLIFE INVESTMENT IN EDUCATION AT NURUL WAHID AL-ISLAMI FOUNDATION 2025-06-25T15:56:23+07:00 Mu'ammar Nurkhalis Akmal muammarnurkhalis29@gmail.com Muhammad Ulama muhammadulama77@gmail.com Ahmad Ridwan drahmadridwansagmpdi@gmail.com
To realize quality human resources requires direction from education and development policies that strongly focus on education as an investment in the future. Androgen, a hormone which will bind to the AR, is essentials for normal male sexual development. Nevertheless, one of the polymorphisms in the AR gene, G1733A (rs6152) have been associated with numerous clinical risks such as cardiovascular disease (CD), androgenetic alopecia, high prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels, male infertility, recurrent spontaneous abortions and prostate cancer. This study aims to develop an alternative and cost-effective method to detect G1773A (rs6152) polymorphism. In this study, amplification refractory mutation system-polymerase chain reaction (ARMS-PCR) using two pair of primers was used to detect the G1733A (rs6152) polymorphism. Primer design was done using http://primer1.soton.ac.uk/primer1.html online tools and then manually adjusted to increase the specificity. A total of 54 samples were screened using ARMS PCR and 2 representative samples of each allele from previous screening were used to validate the results using Sanger DNA sequencing. Among 54 subjects screened, we found 52 (96.3%) subjects carry G allele and 2 (3.7%) subjects carry A allele. No heterozygote was found in this study. The frequency of G allele was 96.97% and the frequency of A allele was 3.03%. Result validation using DNA sequencing was in agreement with ARMS-PCR method results.
