According to BPJS Health data for the year 2017, there is a notable increase in cases of Advanced Outpatient Level (RJTL) in CMG-Q (Ambulatory Group Episodic), with a significant rise of 4.9 million cases compared to 2016. This has led to suboptimal Primary Health Care (FKTP) and an increased cost of IDR 789 billion in 2016. Stable patients tend to prefer seeking treatment at hospitals rather than returning to FKTP, and FKTPs are not fully equipped to provide pharmaceutical drug services. In terms of methodology, this research adopts a descriptive approach with a qualitative method to gain a clear and in-depth understanding of the implementation of the Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (DM) Patient Referral Program at the Sei Suka Batubara Community Health Center. The results of the research indicate that the expected outcomes of the Disease Referral Registry (DRR) are being achieved, and there is a continuous effort to enhance service excellence. The readiness of officers implementing the referral program at Sei Suka Batubara Health Center appears to be effective, as demonstrated by the efficiency of the service process and its output. This research describes one solution to improve the weaknesses of manual hydroponics, especially in terms of circulating nutrient fluids and using pumps. Hydroponic farmers tend to circulate nutrient fluids using pumps that operate 24 hours continuously, whose electricity is supplied by PLN. In addition, the pump remains on continuously for 24 hours, which can shorten the life of the pump. This hydroponic design uses a DFT hydroponic system equipped with a DS18B20 sensor which can measure the volume of nutrient fluid, a water level sensor and also measure the temperature of the nutrient fluid in the hydroponic pipe. The electrical power to drive the pump comes from solar heat produced by solar panels. Here the relay sensor, water level sensor and assisted by a water flow sensor and DS18B20 sensor as the main key in the nutrient fluid circulation process in hydroponic plants are assisted by a 12V DC pump and all of this cannot be separated from the control system used to check sensor performance, namely the Arduino Microcontroller system.
Fauziah Hanum Simbolon, Siti Anisah, Solly Aryza Copyright (c) http://seaninstitute.org/infor/index.php/pendidikan/article/view/2321 Sat, 09 Mar 2024 00:00:00 +0700 The Innovative Strategies Of The Bumi Hijau Center Foundation In Banyuwangi To Realize The Multi-Development School Program http://seaninstitute.org/infor/index.php/pendidikan/article/view/2322
This research aims to explore and examine organizational strategies that encourage school development innovation through the implementation of the Multi Development School Program. Frequency affects the size of the antenna. The smaller the antenna, the larger the dimensions of the antenna, and vice versa. The frequency used in this research is the UHF frequency (600 MHz). The antenna designed is a yagi antenna type which is based on this frequency so the size of the antenna is quite large. To be able to reduce the physical size of the antenna by maintaining or increasing the performance of the antenna, one technique that can be applied is the fractal Koch curve technique. From the antenna simulation results, the antenna characteristic parameters were obtained, namely gain of 12.9 dBi, VSWR 1.4, and unidirectional radiation pattern. After applying the fractal Koch Curve technique in iteration 1, an increase in gain of 7.3%, VSWR of 1.18, unidirectional radiation pattern and a decrease in the linear physical length of the antenna was obtained by 7.4%.
Bryan Wakita, Edy Sutejo, Amani Darma Tarigan Copyright (c) http://seaninstitute.org/infor/index.php/pendidikan/article/view/2326 Mon, 18 Mar 2024 00:00:00 +0700 A Research On Microstrip Array Antenna At 850 MHz Fre-quency http://seaninstitute.org/infor/index.php/pendidikan/article/view/2327
A Microstrip antenna is an antenna that has advantages in physical form, namely an antenna with a small shape so that it is easy to integrate. One of the solutions is that microstrip antennas can be designed using array techniques. The array technique in the design of the microstrip antenna is designed for the frequency of 850 MHz. This frequency is commonly used by communications service providers for LTE purposes. The material used is PCB epoxy (FR4) double layer with a thickness of 1.3 mm and a dielectric constant of 4.7. The shape of the patch made is a rectangle and a circle. The placement of civil servants in high-level leadership positions and administrative positions generally has not applied the principles of good governance. This conclusion is based on data obtained by researchers from a Pre-survey conducted within the Mamberamo Raya Regency Government. Researchers found inconsistencies between civil servants occupying high-level managerial positions and administrative managerial positions with their educational background, knowledge, rank/grade that are not suitable for their assigned positions. Therefore, the issue addressed by this researcher is why the placement of civil servants in high-level managerial positions and administrative managerial positions within the Mamberamo Raya Regency Government has not adhered to the principles of good governance. The aim of this research is to apply the principles of good governance, namely accountability, transparency, and adherence to legal regulations, in the placement of high-level managerial positions and administrative managerial positions within the Mamberamo Raya Regency Government. The research approach employed is Qualitative Descriptive. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings indicate that out of the three focuses used, namely accountability, transparency, and adherence to legal regulations, the principles of transparency and adherence to legal regulations have not been fully implemented. This is because loyalty and closeness to the leadership become one of the means or reasons and considerations in the decision-making process of appointing individuals to positions, both in high-level managerial positions and administrative managerial positions. The Job and Rank Deliberation Body, as well as its membership (BAPERJAKAT), only provides input, suggestions, and considerations in the appointment process, while the final decision lies solely with the regional head.
Isak Bonai, Udaya Madjid, Faria Ruhana Copyright (c) 2024 http://seaninstitute.org/infor/index.php/pendidikan/article/view/2351 Tue, 09 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0700 Rationality of Pocong Oath (Study on Residents of Lorong a Rahman, Rt 10/04, Kelurahan 1 Ilir, Ilir Timur II Sub-District Palembang City) http://seaninstitute.org/infor/index.php/pendidikan/article/view/2349
This research focuses on the rationality of the pocong oath on Lorong A Rahman residents, RT 10/04, Kelurahan 1 Ilir, Ilir Timur II District, Palembang City. By adopting a constructivist and interpretative paradigm, this study uses qualitative methods including direct observation and in-depth interviews to collect data. This approach allows research to gain a comprehensive understanding of how the social and cultural reality at Bira Beach is constructed and handled through the practice of escapism. The research results show that escapism at Bira Beach acts as a mechanism of adaptation and resistance to social norms and economic pressures, while influencing social structure and local identity. This phenomenon is analyzed through the lens of relevant sociological theories: Pierre Bourdieu with the concept of "habitus" which explains how social structures and external conditions shape individual perceptions and actions; Erving Goffman with his dramaturgical theory which allows an understanding of how individuals play various social roles as a form of escapism; and Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann whose social construction theory helps describe how social and cultural realities are created through continuous interactions between individuals. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that escapism at Bira Beach not only impacts individual experiences, but also has broad implications for social and cultural structures. Tourism and escapism, as social and economic phenomena, play a critical role in shaping and changing the dynamics of local communities, creating challenges and opportunities that must be managed with an approach that is inclusive and sensitive to social and cultural aspects. Since the dependent variable in this study is purchasing interest, the population that will be examined in this research consists of Semarang students who have made purchases online from August to September of 2023 using the e-commerce platform Tokopedia. Anyone who occurs to use the Tokopedia application for transactions involving purchases and sales is included in the sample from this population. The findings of this study indicate that interest in making purchases on the Tokopedia e-commerce platform is significantly, favorably, and strongly influenced by the brand image variable (X1). The brand image that was acquired from Tokopedia is fairly positive, but there are a few indicators that should be taken into account. These include the benefits (benefits) associated with the usefulness of the product and the brand attitude (brand attitude), which is the consumer's attitude regarding their overall assessment of the brand. When taken as a whole, brand image can persuade customers—in this example, Semarang City students—to make purchases. The findings of the research indicate that purchasing choice variables are significantly, strongly, and favorably influenced by the electronic word-of-mouth variable (X2). Electronic word-of-mouth about interest in purchases is fairly strong; nevertheless, there are a few areas that need to be addressed going forward, including the frequency of both positive and negative evaluations, as well as the accuracy and completeness of the information.
